Commonly known as the Meganebashi Bridge, the Usui No. 3 Bridge is located in Matsuida-machi, Annaka. It's an arched railroad bridge made with bricks that has the art and the state-of-the-art technology of its time fused into it. It's the first arched railroad bridge in the country. As a remnant of a railroad using the Abt System, the bridge has attracted a lot of people with its high artistic quality and beauty. It's a nationally designated important cultural property. You can see the graceful red brick arched bridge as you go down the stairs and look up at it. There is a path along the glen, from which you can see the bridge from different angles.
